New Bethlehem Mayor lobbies for improved rural Internet access

In light of the coronavirus pandemic and the growing need to work and learn remotely, New Bethlehem (PA) Mayor Gordon Barrows said that he is supporting the Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act in order to improve internet connectivity. Barrows stated, "The bill would create a legislative framework to ensure Pennsylvania is equipped with the infrastructure needed to improve internet connectivity and provide our communities with access to 5G technology."
