Noah Tulsky: Shared Infrastructure Can Make 5G Work For Cities
According to Noah Tulsky, partner at Sidewalks Infrastructure Partners and the latest author of Broadband Breakfast's Expert Opinion series, annual small cell deployments in cities are expected to grow at a roughly 25% compound annual rate through 2026. Because of this exponential growth, 5G deployment must be carefully managed to avoid overwhelming cities, frustrating residents and forgetting less wealthy areas.
