When she founded TEK Consulting nearly 20 years ago, Tricia Knight wasn’t sure where the telecom industry was headed. Nor did she anticipate its exponential growth. As the industry has continued to evolve, so has her company. Looking back now, she admits to wondering whether it could continue at the same pace. "We've just kept modifying and growing,” she says, “so this has been a really good place for me."
