U.S. Tower Construction Active Year-to-Date
So far in 2025, 494 registered and constructed cell towers have been built in the U.S., mostly by private tower companies like Vertical Bridge and Tillman Infrastructure, which together accounted for over half the total. Public tower companies, including Crown Castle, contributed just 11 towers, while non-telco entities such as energy firms and local governments added 136 towers across 46 states.
