Exclusive: Major communications infrastructure co. plans $55M, 420K SF building in Houston

Houston Business Journal and Houston Chronicle reported on Crown Castle’s plans to build a new 420,000-square-foot facility along Interstate 10 just west of the 610 Loop. The article noted that while it is currently unclear for what Crown Castle intends to use the space for, the company plans to construct a 13-story office building that’s estimated to cost $55 million. A Crown Castle representative declined to disclose any information related to the project to the Houston Business Journal.
