In 2025, Crown Castle maintained strong emergency preparedness through First Aid and CPR certification across our workforce. Through our partnership with the American Red Cross, over 60% of field teammates and nearly 15% of office teammates held active certifications. This sustained focus is supported by a strong safety culture, with 94% of teammates reporting they have received the training needed to perform their job safely. By maintaining high levels of readiness, we help ensure our teams are prepared to respond in critical situations to protect themselves, their coworkers and the communities we serve.
