Tim Grace was appointed EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2026, after serving in advisory capacity to the CEO since November 2025. He is responsible for developing and executing Crown Castle’s people strategy.  

Tim has served as CHRO for public and private companies and has a wealth of experience leading HR strategy, organization design, and culture and transformation initiatives for global enterprises. Prior to joining Crown Castle, Tim served as Global Head of People and Culture at Helen of Troy, a global consumer products company. As Global CHRO at Laureate Education, Tim managed a successful organization realignment and transformation. He also served as Global CHRO for Toys “R” Us, where he was instrumental in assisting in the reorganization of the business. Earlier in his career, Tim held the positions of Group Vice President, Human Resources, Operations Americas at L’Oréal and Senior Vice President Human Resources – Americas Zone at Schindler Elevator Corporation. He also served in HR and manufacturing leadership roles with Wise Foods, Pillsbury Corporation (including Alpo Petfoods and Häagen-Dazs), and PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. 

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from State University of New York at Fredonia.
