Additionally, Crown Castle has local sales and project personnel in the market proactively seeking and responding to interest from wireless carriers and other customers.

A:The CCIsites tool provides registered users access to the following key information to help them evaluate rooftop sites:

Q:How will I be compensated?
A:Once we secure a wireless carrier or other customer for your site, you will receive a certain percentage of revenue derived from the placement of that customer and future customer tenants on the site.

A:Once the customer installation is complete, you will receive a check on a monthly basis, or per the terms of the rooftop lease agreement.

A:There will be no cost to you for Crown Castle to develop your rooftop.

Q:Will you have to penetrate the roof when you install the equipment?
A:In most cases, penetrating the rooftop will not be necessary. If we do have to penetrate the roof, we will carefully coordinate with you and your roofing company, if necessary.

Q:How long does it take to install a customer on the roof?
A:Installation typically takes four to six weeks from the time Crown Castle receives an executed agreement from a customer, depending on the permitting process required by the jurisdiction.

A:Yes, all Crown Castle contractors are licensed and bonded.

Q:Will Crown Castle assist in the installation process?
A:Yes, Crown Castle will manage the entire installation process, which may include: engineering of site design, coordination of utilities, overseeing the acquisition of local zoning approval and permits, and construction management.

A:Crown Castle performs annual rooftop site inspections to ensure customer equipment is in good condition and assure compliance with the rooftop lease agreement.
