The Fiber Moment Has Arrived; Will Local Governments Seize It?
Crown Castle Regional Director Curt Fox appeared on "The Municipal Voice" to talk about the future of fiber and municipal networks. He talked about how Crown Castle has been building out municipal networks for decades, and that Obama’s stimulus package enabled the state to lay out fiber reaching every town and city. Fox also suggested that towns look into building out their own fiber and working with local businesses.
