The study is intended to help maximize opportunities for the city’s growth. In order to turn around the convention center’s operating loss, the city is investigating how much the naming rights are worth and the marketing of those rights. The city also "reached a tentative agreement with Crown Castle International Corp. to put a distributed antenna system (DAS) in the Convention Center."
