Employers, employees differ on return to work. Here's what that means for D.C.'s office landscape

Paul Reddick, senior vice president of strategy, product and business development at Crown Castle, spoke on a panel hosted by the Greater Washington Board of Trade regarding return to work and the Washington, DC office landscape. "People still want to congregate. They want to congregate because they want to be collaborative and socialize, and that's not going to go away," he said. "These offices aren't going to turn into the Pyramids. They're going to be used. They're going to be retooled, though."
