Q:I have moved recently, how do I ensure that my payments are sent to the correct address?

A:In order to ensure that all payments are made to the correct party at the correct address, Crown Castle requires that changes to personal information be requested in writing. To request a change of address or other personal information, you may download the appropriate form from our website or send a signed request to the following address:

Q:I have transferred ownership of the property to another party, what steps do I take to convey this information to Crown Castle?

A:Crown Castle requires that changes to property ownership be submitted in writing and with the proper legal documentation. These documents are necessary to protect the interests of the Landowners and Crown Castle. Crown Castle must have legal proof of ownership of the land on which its tower is located. Crown Castle is also required by the IRS to have a Form W-9 on file for all landowners for tax reporting purposes.

Necessary documentation will vary depending upon the nature of the change of ownership. Below are the documentation requirements:

Death: Death Certificate, Form W-9 of new Landowner, contact information of new Landowner
Divorce: Divorce Decree, Form W-9 of new Landowner, contact information of new Landowner
Sale: Deed, Form W-9 of new Landowner, contact information of new Landowner


In addition, there may be other informational requirements depending upon unique circumstances. Questions or communications can be submitted in writing to the Real Estate Administration group:

Q:I have misplaced my lease agreement, where can I get a copy?

A:Crown Castle can provide a copy from our records. Call the Landowner Call Center toll free number at 866.482.8890 or email Landownershelpdesk@crowncastle.com. For security purposes, you must have your Business Unit Number and your Lease Number available. Requests by phone will have copies sent to the address on file. To have the lease document sent to another address, individual, or by FAX, the request must be in writing.

A:Crown Castle takes great pride in ensuring that our lease agreements are effectively administered and accurate payments are made on a timely basis. If you have a question about the accuracy or timeliness of a payment, call the Landowners Help Desk toll free number at 866.482.8890 or email Landownershelpdesk@crowncastle.com. Please note that requests will be prioritized as received. For security purposes, you must have your Business Unit Number and your Lease Number available.

Q:I need an insurance certificate, who do I contact?

A:Some agreements require the tower company to provide insurance certificates to the Landowner. Crown Castle complies with these terms as required. For security purposes, you must have your Business Unit Number and your Lease Number available.
